The Southwest Kentucky Fried Chicken Franchisee Assoc. (“SWKFCFA”) is committed to protecting the privacy of users of its website (“Users”). What We Need

The Southwest Kentucky Fried Chicken Franchisee Assoc. (“SWKFCFA”) will be what’s known as the “Controller” of the personal data you provide to us. We need to know your personal data in order to provide you with notification services to ensure that you are kept up to date on meeting dates, regional information, the AKFCF Annual Convention, and to provide you with the best possible user experience. Our Service Providers.
We may share your personal data with companies (including our affiliates) that perform services on our behalf. For example, we may share your personal data with TripBuilder Media in order to assist with the official mobile App of the AKFCF. By opting in, you consent to giving TripBuilder Media the right to process your personal data in order to deliver the functionality provided in the App and to send you emails only as necessary to carry out the App’s functions (e.g., emails to you to download the App sent via the TripBuilder Media Content Management System, messages or other content from TripBuilder Media, or related to the App or TripBuilder Media’s Content Management System). 

Business Transfers.
Your personal data may be transferred to another entity (either an affiliated entity or an unrelated third party) in connection with a merger, reorganization, dissolution, or similar corporate event. If such a transfer were ever to occur, the acquiring entity’s use of your personal data will still be subject to this Privacy Policy.

How Long We Keep It
